Terms and Conditions

These courses are designed to offer students maximum flexibility at the lowest possible price. This makes courses abroad far cheaper than photography trips organised by travel companies as students arrange their own travel, insurance and accommodation. However, advice and assistance is offered with making those arrangements. In the case of courses based in Morocco, accommodation is included and arranged through Naturally Morocco.

The fee paid is exclusively for tuition at the venue for the days and times specified on the relevant page.

The price does not include travel, insurance or accommodation.

Any assistance offered in terms of booking flights and accommodation is free of charge.

No liability can be assumed for services provided by third parties e.g. flights, other tutors and accommodation.

Your contract for other services is between yourself and the third party even though assistance may have been offered with the booking.

No liability can be assumed for delays in transport.

     I am unable to refund fees for cancellations made with less than 14 days notice unless another student enrols in their place.

No liability can be assumed for my inability to teach due to circumstances beyond my control e.g poor weather, illness

Students are strongly advised to take out their own travel insurance making sure they have enough cover for equipment.

In the event of me being unable to teach for whatever reason, my maximum liability is the course fee.
